By using Predicta you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Predicta is a free football analytics tool. We provide statistical predictions, hit-rate stats, and value-bet detection. We do not place bets, take wagers, or hold customer funds.

No financial advice

All predictions, probabilities, and value-bet flags published on Predicta are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not financial, investment, or gambling advice. Past performance does not predict future results. Models can and do produce losing predictions. You alone are responsible for any decisions you make based on this information.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use Predicta. See our Responsible Gambling page.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, resell, or rebrand Predicta data. Do not abuse the API. Do not attempt to circumvent access controls.

Disclaimer of warranties

Predicta is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Predicta and its operators are not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of the service — including, without limitation, gambling losses.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
